The contract will cover all aspects of planning, setting up, staffing, and managing a seasonal market that sells holiday trees, decorations, and related merchandise in Copley Square. The selected vendor must coordinate with city officials, ensure compliance with municipal regulations, and deliver a festive experience that meets the city’s standards for safety, accessibility, and public enjoyment.
• Full‑service market operation including vendor recruitment, stall layout, and on‑site management.
