The Fort Myers Community Redevelopment Agency is seeking an experienced operator to manage, program, and activate the historic McCollum Hall Music & Performing Arts Center as a year‑round cultural destination. The operator will develop and execute a comprehensive operating model that balances live music, performing arts, heritage tourism, community events, education, and local artist development while ensuring financial sustainability and inclusive public access. • Manage daily facility operations, scheduling, rentals, and safety compliance.
