EPWater, the public water utility for El Paso, Texas, is seeking qualified firms to provide unarmed security guard services across 20+ water‑treatment, wastewater, administrative and ancillary sites. The contract will cover roughly 53 current security officers with an anticipated increase to 60+, operating 24/7 in multiple shifts, plus an on‑site account manager and field supervisor. Vendors must demonstrate a Texas Class B security license, provide qualified personnel (minimum two years experience), maintain staffing and relief plans, and respond to emergency calls within 15 minutes. The scope includes access control, patrols (foot and vehicle), monitoring of surveillance systems, incident reporting, and coordination with law‑enforcement.
