DSS #9 - ENGINEERING, CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT, AND PROGRAM MANAGEMENT SERVICES

The City of Detroit is seeking qualified vendors to provide engineering and program management services for various city departments. The selected vendors will be placed on a list of pre-approved suppliers and will compete for city work through the normal solicitation process. The services required include electrical, civil, mechanical, structural, architectural, geological, and environmental engineering, as well as design, construction management, and program management services. The city is looking for firms with at least five years of experience in providing these services, and the ability to demonstrate financial capacity to conduct business. The selection criteria will include experience, past performance, and quality control. • The city will evaluate each response to determine if it can meet the requirements of the scope of work, minimum qualifications, performance, quality control, and experience. • The city may make changes to the requirements of this RFQQ as deemed necessary. • All proposals must be submitted through the City of Detroit Oracle Supplier Portal system. • The city is seeking firms that can provide comprehensive details about three pertinent contracts completed within the last three years. • The city will consider factors such as experience, past performance, and quality control when making a recommendation for award as a Detroit Supply Schedule Supplier.
