DSS #9 - ENGINEERING, CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT, AND PROGRAM MANAGEMENT SERVICES

The City of Detroit is seeking qualified vendors to provide engineering, construction management, and program management services. The selected vendors will be placed on a list of pre-approved suppliers and will compete for city work through the normal solicitation process. The scope of work includes electrical, civil, mechanical, structural, architectural, geological, and environmental engineering, as well as planning services. The city is looking for vendors with at least five years of experience in providing these services. The selection criteria include experience, past performance, and quality control. • The city will evaluate each response to determine if it can meet the requirements of the scope of work, minimum qualifications, performance, quality control, and experience. • The city may make changes to the requirements of this RFQQ as deemed necessary. • All proposals must be submitted through the City of Detroit Oracle Supplier Portal system. • The city is seeking vendors with a strong track record of providing high-quality services and meeting the needs of the city. • The city is committed to increasing the utilization of electronic communication for the exchange of information and business documents. • The city requires vendors to provide financial statements for the previous three-year period and to demonstrate financial responsibility.
