Description
The U.S. Department of State is seeking quotations for the procurement, armoring, testing, certification, and delivery of two brand‑new mid‑size sport‑utility vehicles to be used by the Ecuadorian National Police. Vehicles must be model‑year 2026 or newer, meet NIJ Level III ballistic protection, retain civilian appearance, and be delivered FOB Destination to Quito, Ecuador within 270 calendar days of contract award. The contractor must provide full OEM warranty documentation, a two‑year armorer warranty, ISO 9001:2015‑equivalent quality‑management system evidence, independent ballistic test reports, weight and performance verification, and in‑country support for warranty service.
