Description
The Town of Middleborough is seeking pre‑qualified subcontractors for the construction of a new 13,500 sq ft water‑treatment plant that will remove iron, manganese, and PFAS, as well as upgrades to seven groundwater well stations. The project is funded in part by the Massachusetts Drinking Water State Revolving Fund and will be subject to Build America/Buy‑America requirements. Sub‑trades required include masonry, waterproofing, roofing, metal windows, painting, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical, each with allocated budgets ranging from $30 K to $4.93 M. Submissions must be electronic only via ProjectDog (Project Code 262193) and include a single PDF file of all required forms.
