CIS Management Services

The City is procuring a Project Management Consultant to act as the primary manager and representative for a new Customer Information System (CIS) implementation. The consultant will oversee all project activities, coordinate resources, manage risks, issues, schedules, deliverables, and vendor interactions, and protect the City’s interests throughout the implementation lifecycle. The role requires close collaboration with City leadership, the selected CIS software vendor, and other stakeholders to ensure a successful rollout. • Serve as the City’s project manager for the CIS implementation. • Coordinate and monitor project schedule, budget, risks, issues, and deliverables. • Liaise between the City, the CIS software/implementation vendor, and other stakeholders. • Provide regular status reporting and decision support to City leadership. • Ensure compliance with City policies and protect the City’s interests throughout the project. • Work under the terms outlined in the RFP documents (available via the “View Document(s)” link).
