Vehicle Maintenance & Non-Collision Repair Services

The Township of Wayne is seeking bids for vehicle maintenance and non-collision repair services for various types of township-owned vehicles. The contract will be for an open-ended period, with the township reserving the right to decrease or increase the quantities specified in the specifications. Bidders must submit a pricing proposal that includes materials, installation, and all other associated costs. The successful bidder will be required to provide all parts sold by the bidder or needed for maintenance and repairs jobs at store selling price. • The contract will cover a range of vehicle types, including but not limited to: ACELA, AM GENERAL, BANDIT, BOBCAT, BOMAG, BOMBARDIER, CASE, CHAMPION, CHEVROLET, DODGE, FORD, FREIGHTLINER, GIANT, GLAVAL, HARLEY DAVIDSON, HONDA, HYUNDAI, INTERNATIONAL, JEEP, JOHN DEERE, KENWORTH, LEEBOY, MITSUBISHI, MONSTER, NISSAN, RAVO, RC MOWER, SPAULDING, TOYOTA, VACTOR/JET VAC, and WACKER. • Bidders must comply with various regulations, including those related to equal employment opportunity, non-discrimination, and affirmative action. • The township reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding process.
