Access to Web of Science, EndNote and Incites

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is seeking an IDIQ vendor to provide electronic access to the Web of Science suite of citation databases, EndNote reference‑management software, and optional InCites benchmarking tools for NIH and HHS staff. The contractor must supply weekly data updates, annual JCR updates, API access, open‑URL linking, technical help‑desk support, and training documentation, with the ability to add or cancel resources via task orders.
