IDIQ Minor Project Facility TAB Services RFQ

The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center is issuing an indefinite‑delivery‑indefinite‑quantity (IDIQ) solicitation for Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) services on a variety of minor‑project facilities. The contractor will act as an extension of the owner’s staff, performing technical design reviews, schedule integration, construction observation, equipment start‑up verification, functional testing, deficiency tracking, and recommendation of corrective actions for new construction, renovations, re‑commissioning, retro‑commissioning, and system assessments. Multiple assignments will be issued over a six‑year contract period, each ranging from $100 K to $10 M (up to $25 M with special approval). The award will be based on qualifications; pricing is submitted later for each assignment. HUB participation is required for any assignment ≥ $100 K, with a separate Letter of VetHUB Commitment and later subcontracting plan. • Scope includes HVAC, plumbing, fire‑protection, building automation, and stair‑pressurization systems. • Work is performed on UT MD Anderson campuses in the Houston area (Texas). • No prerequisite; pre‑submittal virtual conference on 3 Nov 2026, RFI deadline 10 Nov 2026, final submission deadline 25 Nov 2026. • Contract term six years, with optional extensions for work ordered before contract end; total contract ceiling $5 M.
