Executive Search GM/CEO

The Regional Transportation District (RTD) is seeking a qualified executive search firm to assist the Board in recruiting and selecting a successor General Manager/CEO. The selected firm will partner with the Board to update the GM/CEO job description and executive profile, conduct a national search, facilitate a selection process, and oversee the offer and contract negotiations process. The firm will be required to provide a detailed technical proposal, including information on their experience, approach, and qualifications. • The executive search firm will be responsible for finding a diverse slate of highly qualified candidates. • The firm will be expected to conduct professional reference checks and preliminary background reviews. • The firm will be required to oversee the offer and contract negotiations process. • The firm will be expected to provide a proposed timeline for completion of the search. • The firm will be required to submit resumes for all key personnel and their availability during the proposed period of performance.
