The Marathon County Health Department Environmental Health Laboratory, in partnership with CCITC, seeks a qualified vendor to replace its on‑premises Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) with a modern, hosted SaaS solution. The contract includes software licensing, migration of existing data, integration with Workday Invoicing, Wisconsin DNR, and Laserfiche, as well as ongoing implementation support and maintenance. The solution must operate within the Microsoft ecosystem (SQL Server, Entra ID, SSO, MFA) and provide robust API capabilities, clear data segregation, and defined service‑level commitments. The laboratory processes roughly 385 samples and 520 tests per month, initially supporting five named users plus additional read‑only and portal users. The RFP includes a detailed Requirements Matrix and Pricing Workbook; proposals are due 10 July 2026.

• Ensure browser‑based access and integration with existing enterprise systems (Workday, DNR, Laserfiche).
• Align with Microsoft technologies (SQL Server, Entra ID, SSO, MFA).

• Deliver implementation services, data migration, training, and ongoing support.
• Meet submission deadline of 10/07/2026 and respond to questions by 09/29/2026.
