Payment Processing System

The Citadel is seeking a vendor to deliver an integrated payment processing solution that includes a payment gateway, a “One Card” campus ID card system, and point‑of‑sale (POS) terminals. The contract will cover design, development, implementation, testing, and ongoing support for processing tuition payments, debit/credit card transactions, and One Card‑based purchases across the college’s campuses. The vendor must provide secure, compliant infrastructure and ensure seamless integration with existing campus financial systems. • Provide a full‑stack payment gateway that supports online tuition payments and in‑person POS transactions. • Develop and issue a campus “One Card” ID that doubles as a payment card for cafeteria, bookstore, and other services. • Install, configure, and maintain POS terminals and related hardware at designated locations. • Ensure compliance with PCI‑DSS standards and integrate with the college’s accounting and ERP systems. • Offer training, documentation, and ongoing technical support for campus staff.
