The Village of Gurnee is seeking a qualified commercial printer to provide full‑color printing and bulk‑mail distribution for its semi‑annual “Keeping Posted” newsletter and an annual expanded “Keeping Posted +” edition. The contractor must accept electronic artwork (InDesign or PDF), resolve any file issues, produce a print‑ready PDF, print, collate, bind, and ship the newsletters within a seven‑business‑day turnaround, then handle USPS ECRWSS bulk‑mailing using the village’s permit. The contract is a fixed‑price, two‑year agreement with an optional one‑year extension; the vendor will be paid after each issue’s invoice is approved.
