Vertical Storage Maintenance Support Services

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide ongoing maintenance and technical support for two existing vertical carousel storage systems. The systems, installed in 2019, are used to support intake, document handling, and production activities. The contractor will be responsible for providing preventative maintenance and repair services, as well as responsive technical support, to ensure the systems remain safe, reliable, and fully operational. • The contractor must be able to perform maintenance and repair services on Kardex/Remstar RS series or equivalent systems. • The contractor must have trained and certified technicians within a defined geographic radius to ensure timely response. • The contractor must be able to provide scheduled preventative maintenance, timely repairs, and responsive technical support. • The original equipment manufacturer (OEM) is Kardex Remstar, LLC, and the contractor must be able to work with the OEM's proprietary technical data, software, firmware, and diagnostic tools.
