Fox Hills Park Stormwater Capture Project Feasibility Study, PW-011

The City of Culver City is seeking a qualified civil‑engineering firm to conduct a comprehensive feasibility study and up to 30 % design for the Fox Hills Park Stormwater Capture Project (Project PW‑011). The effort will evaluate capture, treatment, storage, and reuse of runoff from roughly 45 acres of parkland and will include hydrologic/hydraulic modeling, geotechnical investigations, environmental assessments, preliminary design drawings, permitting support, and community outreach. • Perform geotechnical investigations and percolation testing to support infiltration‑based storm‑water solutions. • Develop hydrology and hydraulic models, sizing treatment/ storage facilities for the 85th‑percentile 24‑hour storm. • Produce preliminary design packages (50‑, 75‑, 90‑% PS&E) including AutoCAD drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and permit applications. • Conduct up to two public outreach meetings, prepare presentation materials, and document stakeholder feedback. • Deliver all work products as City property, complying with WCAG 2.1 AA, Section 508, and ADA standards.
