Description
The City of Show Low is seeking qualified contractors to replace existing metal toilets with standard porcelain units across multiple park restrooms. The scope includes removal of existing fixtures, installation of new toilets, and any necessary plumbing adjustments to ensure proper operation, all while minimizing disruption to the public. The contract is set for a short construction period with a fixed 60‑day schedule and includes standard bonding, insurance, and warranty requirements.
• Remove and dispose of existing metal toilets at six park locations.
• Install new porcelain toilet fixtures (specified Kohler models) and perform required plumbing modifications.
• Complete work within 60 consecutive days, adhering to MAG public‑works specifications and city standards.
• Provide 10 % bid security, performance and payment bonds, and maintain required insurance coverage.
• Must meet subcontracting limit of ≤49 % unless a waiver is granted.
