The State of Colorado is seeking a vendor to provide robocall services for election-related emergency events. The vendor must be able to send mass communications to Colorado residents, with the ability to tailor messages to specific areas and deliver text messages in addition to robocalls. The contract term is anticipated to be from June 1, 2026, to December 14, 2026. Key requirements include: • Ability to send voice recorded messages to a high volume of residents with minimal turnaround time • Ability to quickly process and dial calls to over 2,000,000 individual phone numbers • Ability to deliver text messages in addition to robocalls • Ability to tailor communications to specific areas and push out messages state-wide • Compliance with accessibility requirements and insurance provisions
