Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to award a sole‑source, firm‑fixed‑price, ID/IQ contract for the sustainment, license renewal, and management of the BD Alaris Infusion Knowledge Portal across multiple VA health facilities in VISN 19. The contractor will provide ongoing technical support, software license renewal, portal hosting, and reporting access for designated super‑users. This effort covers the Eastern Colorado VA Healthcare System, Oklahoma City VA Healthcare System, and several other regional VA sites, including associated clinics and outlying locations.
