The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking an SDVOSB to renew license subscriptions and provide 24×7 maintenance support for Thales Luna hardware‑security‑module (HSM) licenses that underpin the VA’s Trusted Internet Connection (TIC) Gateway Application Firewall. The effort is a firm‑fixed‑price RFQ with a base period of one year and two optional one‑year extensions; no new hardware will be purchased. The contract is set‑aside for Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Businesses under NAICS 541519 and will be awarded via the NASA SEWP V GWAC.
