Description
The Maryland State Highway Administration (SHA) is seeking a qualified Master Contractor to provide additional Commvault HyperScale X capacity, associated licensing, support, and remote installation services to expand its backup and disaster‑recovery environment. The contract includes hardware procurement, software licensing (including Autonomous Recovery), warranty, and optional installation/training services. Only contractors holding the existing SHA Master Contract (060B2490022) may submit, and the award will be limited to certified small‑business vendors.
• Scope: Additional Commvault HyperScale X storage capacity and Autonomous Recovery licenses.
• Deliverables: Hardware, software licenses, remote installation, support, warranty, and optional training.
• Mandatory qualifications: Must be an authorized reseller of Commvault and a current SHA Master Contractor; Small Business Reserve certification required.
• Submission: Electronic bids via eMMA by 2:00 PM EDT 11/05/2026; questions due 11/03/2026.
• Evaluation: Responsiveness, conformance to scope, overall value.
