The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is soliciting a Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) to provide, upgrade, and support the PowerScribe 360 radiology dictation system and transition to PowerScribe One across multiple VISN 19 facilities. The contractor will supply software licenses, perform a mid‑cycle migration to the VA Enterprise Cloud, deliver training, and provide ongoing 24/7 support and annual subscription renewals for up to three years. The effort includes scheduled/unscheduled maintenance, security incident reporting, and compliance with VA‑specific security and data‑rights clauses.
• Maintain existing PowerScribe 360, including all required OS, database, and anti‑virus licenses.
• Execute the mid‑cycle upgrade to PowerScribe One, migrate the host site to the VA Enterprise Cloud, and provide a 12‑month subscription plus annual renewals.
• Deliver training, remote/onsite support, and 30‑day post‑go‑live sustainment, with optional repeatable 6‑month maintenance windows.
• Support multiple VA sites in Utah, Colorado, Oklahoma, Wyoming, and Montana, adhering to strict response‑time, patch‑management, and incident‑reporting timelines.
