The College of Communication Arts and Sciences at Michigan State University is seeking a new Ross broadcast production system to replace a failing system in the Comm Arts newsroom. The requested system includes various components such as a Graphite 4RU Integrated Production System, Graphite Base Engine M9, HDBNC to BNC kit, and others. The supplier must provide all equipment, training, and warranties as listed in the RFQ. The payment terms will be 2.75% 10 Days, Net 30 Days from receipt of invoice. • The system must be received by Monday, July 28th, 2025. • The supplier must provide a price quote that includes all shipping costs. • The University may give preference to Michigan-based businesses or those that can provide a shorter delivery lead time. • The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible supplier who offers the lowest total cost to the University.
