Wyoming Digital Archives IT Support

The State of Wyoming is seeking bids for IT support services for the Wyoming Digital Archives, which uses the Open Text Content Manager software. The goal of the project is to provide ongoing end-user (Help Desk) and technical support services. The successful bidder will be required to provide 24/7 Help desk support, user-accessible issue tracking, toll-free number, and assistance in working with HP on software-related issues. The bidder must have at least four years of experience providing technical support for OpenText Content Manager software. • The bid will not be awarded to out-of-country entities. • The bidder must dedicate the equivalent of one-half (1/2) FTE to provide end-user support. • The bidder must have an existing level of understanding for the Wyoming Digital Archives configuration. • The bidder must provide technical support services for the Wyoming Digital Archives (HPE Content Manager software).
