PKB LCC Cleaning IDIQ (Service)

The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide cleaning services for Launch Control Centers (LCCs) and Launch Control Equipment Buildings (LCEBs) at F.E. Warren Air Force Base in Wyoming. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor to perform the cleaning services in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The contract will be a Firm Fixed-Price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with an initial task order for the minimum quantity. The period of performance is 1,826 calendar days (5 years) after the date of contract award. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing cleaning services for LCCs and LCEBs • Complying with applicable laws and regulations, including those related to worker safety and environmental protection • Submitting a Quality Control Plan and a Management/Manpower Plan • Meeting the requirements for Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 • Providing past performance references • Submitting a proposal that includes pricing, technical capability, and past performance information
