The West Virginia Department of Homeland Security – Division of Administrative Services is soliciting bids to establish an open-end contract for Security Cameras and Equipment. The contract will provide a discounted price on all vendor catalog items. The vendor must provide all items in its catalog as a contract item with a percentage discount. The contract items must meet or exceed the mandatory requirements specified in the solicitation. • The contract includes various security cameras and equipment, such as video surveillance enterprise mass storage systems, mounting brackets, and license plate recognition cameras. • The equipment must be NDAA compliant and compatible with the current infrastructure. • The vendor must provide a catalog with all items that can be sold under the contract, along with the catalog price and discount percentage. • The vendor must also provide quarterly reports and annual summaries to the agency, showing the items purchased, quantities, and total dollar value.
