The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is seeking a one‑year subscription for Splunk Enterprise (Standard Success Plan) capable of ingesting up to 150 GB of data per day. The solution must integrate both IT and OT data streams, including the existing SCADA network, to provide centralized monitoring, analytics, visualization, and reporting. The contract will run from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027, with the possibility of annual renewal if performance and pricing are satisfactory. Vendors must be an active DIR reseller for Splunk and submit sealed or electronic bids by the stated deadline. The award will be made after an informal evaluation, and the selected vendor must deliver the software license and associated services under the terms of the DIR contract. • Provide a Splunk Enterprise term license (subscription) with up to 150 GB/day data ingestion. • Include Standard Success Plan support and integration with SAWS SCADA/OT environment. • Contract period: 1 year (Jan 1 2027 – Dec 31 2027) with potential annual renewal. • Vendor must be a registered DIR reseller for Splunk. • Bids due electronically or by sealed envelope by 3:00 PM CT on 10/30/2026. • Delivery of the license and services to commence on contract start date. • SAWS will handle bid interpretation assistance via phone or in‑person at the Purchasing Office.
