Description
The State of Maryland’s Department of Information Technology (DoIT) is seeking a Master Contractor to renew its Plixer Scrutinizer software license for fiscal year 2027‑2028. This is a secondary competition under an existing Master Contract (COTS 2012, BPO# 060B2490021). The award will be a fixed‑price, one‑year subscription covering unlimited interfaces and raw flow retention, with optional installation, training, and warranty/maintenance services. Bids must be submitted electronically via the eMaryland Marketplace Advantage (eMMA) system by the deadline. Only contractors holding the Master Contract are eligible; they must provide proof of authorization from Plixer and include pricing, lead time, and relevant licensing agreements.
