The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is issuing a one‑time (with potential annual renewal) invitation for bid to procure a Splunk Enterprise term license subscription, including a Standard Success Plan, capable of ingesting up to 150 GB of data per day. The solution will integrate data from SAWS’s IT and OT environments, especially its SCADA network, to provide centralized monitoring, analytics, and reporting. The contract will run from January 1 2027 through December 31 2027, with the possibility of future yearly extensions. Bids must be submitted electronically or via sealed envelope by October 30 2026.
