Life Connections Program Services - FCI Milan Michigan

The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking a contractor to provide Life Connections Program Services at the Federal Correctional Institution in Milan, Michigan. The contractor will provide spiritual guidance to adults in custody, leading daily classes and encouraging participation in the program. The contract is for a base year with four optional 12-month extensions. The contractor must have a Master's degree in a related field and be able to work with adults in custody from various faith traditions. • The contractor will provide instruction and leadership for adults in custody from a variety of faith traditions. • The contractor will lead daily classes based on the core LCP curriculum topics. • The contractor will encourage adults in custody to participate in all aspects of the LCP. • The contractor will work closely with the Chaplain and other program staff to develop the program and gauge progress. • The contractor will analyze the effectiveness of each class taught in the LCP and suggest methods of improvement.
