Timing and Event Services for a 5K Butterfly Run

The City of Coconut Creek is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive timing and event services for its annual 5K “Butterfly Run.” The contract will cover all aspects of race timing (chip timing, result processing, data reporting) and on‑site event support (registration setup, course marking, volunteer coordination, finish‑line services, post‑race results publication).
