CITYWIDE CONSULTANT ROSTER: Construction and Building Related Consulting

The City of Seattle is seeking to establish a consultant roster for construction and building-related consulting services. The roster will be used to select consultants for various projects, and consultants will be selected based on their experience, qualifications, and ability to perform the required services. The scope of work includes various services such as ADA accessibility consulting, aerial services, architectural services, bridge/retaining wall design, commissioning, construction management, and more. Consultants must meet the minimum qualification requirements, which include having completed three or more projects that fall under the scope of work description for the roster category they are applying to, and having the required professional licenses, certificates, and education to perform the type of work being sought.
