CITYWIDE CONSULTANT ROSTER: Transportation Consulting

The City of Seattle is seeking to establish a consultant roster for transportation-related services. The roster will be used by City departments to select consultants for various projects, including bicycle, pedestrian, and recreation services, intelligent transportation systems, marine surveyor services, parking management and analysis, roadway design, transit planning, and transportation services. To be considered for the roster, consultants must have experience providing consulting services in one or more of these areas and meet the minimum qualification requirements, including having completed three or more projects that fall under the scope of work description for the roster category they are applying to, and having key personnel and/or principal with the required professional licenses, certificates, and education. • Bicycle, Pedestrian, and Recreation Services: studies, facilities utilization or safety analysis, needs analysis, evaluation, monitoring, recommendations, design, plans, specifications or estimates, plan review, permitting, reports, construction administration or inspection, or expert witness. • Intelligent Transportation Systems: conceptual design, final design, testing or monitoring, systems integration or architecture, communications, software or hardware applications, computerized system traffic control, variable message signing, or closed circuit TV. • Marine Surveyor Services: marine surveyor services, or expert witness. Inspection of any type of Marine Vessels such as boats & ships. • Parking Management and Analysis: Parking Management - Regulations, pricing strategies, shared parking, governance, technology selection, travel demand management. Analysis of parking policies, regulations, or pricing. • Roadway Design: roadway / pavement / pedestrian facilities studies, analysis, environmental assessments, evaluation, monitoring, recommendations, preliminary engineering, design, plans, specifications or estimates, quantity take-off's, plan review, permitting, reports, construction administration or inspection, or expert witness. • Transit Planning: transit planning or mobility studies, analysis, evaluation, monitoring, recommendations, community or stakeholder engagement, policy or programming, dashboards or reports, or expert witness. • Transportation Services: transportation studies, analysis, evaluation, monitoring, recommendations, design, plans, specifications or estimates, plan review, permitting, reports, public relations, construction administration or inspection, or expert witness.
