CITYWIDE CONSULTANT ROSTER: Public Utility Related Consulting

The City of Seattle is seeking eligible consultants to establish a public utility related consultant roster. The roster will be used by City departments to contract with consultants for various services, including drainage design, electrical energy management, energy conservation, and water systems engineering. Consultants must meet minimum qualifications, including completing three or more projects that fall under the scope of work description for the roster category they are applying to, and having key personnel with the required professional licenses, certificates, and education. The City will evaluate applications and select consultants to be added to the roster. Some of the key services that will be required include: • Drainage design studies or planning • Electrical energy management project development or demand side management • Energy conservation research, studies, evaluation, audits, engineering or cost analyses • Water systems engineering, hydraulic or hydrological studies, analysis, evaluation, monitoring, recommendations, load ratings, design, plans, specifications or estimates The roster will be reset every 5 years, and consultants approved to the roster will remain approved until either they no longer meet the requirements or December 31, 2030.
