The City of Boca Raton is seeking qualified contractors to install and/or replace potable and reclaimed water meters throughout the municipality, integrating City‑provided Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) transponders. Work includes removing existing meters, installing new meters with AMI lids, GPS‑tagging each meter location, assessing service‑line composition (≤2″) on both City and customer sides, and maintaining a complete digital record (photos, data files) for each installation. The total estimated budget is $15 million, and proposals must be submitted electronically by the close date.
