The State of Vermont is seeking a vendor to supply both in‑counter and on‑counter lottery ticket dispensers, associated ticket drawers, and replacement glass to the Department of Liquor and Lottery Warehouse in Barre. The contract will run for three years with two optional one‑year extensions, and the vendor must meet detailed dimensional, compatibility, and warranty requirements while delivering F.O.B. to the state warehouse.
• In‑counter dispensers must accommodate 24‑game and 30‑game ticket sizes, have tool‑free top‑glass replacement, and sealed bottom glass.
• On‑counter dispensers must fit existing D5 units, meet specific exterior dimensions (5.2” h × 9” w × 11.55” d), and include a three‑finger tear bar.
• Required quantities: 10‑20 units of each in‑counter model, 100‑200 on‑counter units, and 200‑400 replacement glass trays annually, with separate pricing for drawers and glass.
