RFP - 0353 - Marketplace Vending (Somerset Community College)

Kentucky Community & Technical College System (KCTCS) is soliciting a vendor to provide, install, and fully service vending‑machine equipment—including snack, beverage, coffee, microwave, and payment kiosk solutions—at Somerset Community College’s Rodger’s Market and South Campus locations. The vendor must supply new or “like‑new” machines that accept electronic payments, meet FDA and Kentucky health standards, and maintain a 5‑year contract with annual price revisions possible on July 1. Full‑service responsibilities include stocking, on‑call support within eight hours on weekdays, rapid replacement of out‑of‑service equipment, waste‑receptacle management, and compliance with PCI‑DSS, ISO 27001, and ADA/WCAG standards. No commission will be paid to the college; the vendor retains ownership of equipment and bears all insurance and security obligations.
