Description
The Lindenwold Board of Education is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide comprehensive, job‑embedded behavioral support services for its K‑12 students during the 2026‑2027 school year. The contractor will work primarily on Tier I, school‑wide behavior initiatives, while also offering Tier II/III assistance as needs arise. Services include classroom observations, functional behavior assessments, development and implementation of proactive behavior plans, on‑site staff coaching, direct classroom modeling, progress monitoring, professional development sessions, and participation in district MTSS and PBIS meetings. The role is expected to be on‑site 2‑3 days per week, up to six hours each day, with flexibility to adjust service volume based on student referrals and district priorities. The contract runs through June 30, 2027 and is funded by IDEA Part B.
