Description
The Beaverton School District (BSD) is seeking qualified architectural and related‑service firms to enter a master contract for updating, reviewing, and refining the district’s Elementary School Education Specifications. The consultant will conduct a comprehensive assessment of existing specifications, benchmark against peer districts, incorporate lessons learned from recent bond‑program projects, and facilitate stakeholder engagement to produce revised, clear, and implementable specifications. The work is expected to span roughly ten months, beginning in February 2027, with the possibility of future task orders for middle‑ and high‑school specifications or other related consulting services.
• Core deliverables include a revised Education Specification document, executive summary, and presentation to district leadership.
• Required activities: kickoff, gap analysis, benchmarking, bond‑program lessons‑learned assessment, ~20 stakeholder meetings/workshops, draft reviews, finalization, and project management.
• Firm must be Oregon‑licensed, able to meet COBID and MWESB participation goals, and provide insurance and compliance certifications.
