B710 Architect Design Repair Emergency Services

The United States Air Force is seeking sources to provide Architect Design Services for Repair Emergency Services at the Minneapolis Air Reserve Station. The project involves providing professional design services, including Title I Type A, Title I Type B, and Title II Services, for the repair of Building 710. The scope of work includes conducting a site investigation, developing drawings and specifications, and providing cost estimates. The project has a magnitude of $250,000 to $500,000. Key aspects of the project include: • Replacement of the roof with an ethylene propylene diene monomer (EDPM) roof • Replacement of carpet and paint throughout the building • Replacement of the acoustic ceiling tile system • Revision of the first and second floor plans • Replacement of the fire alarm and mass notification system • Replacement of the HVAC system with a hydronic heating and cooling system • Evaluation of the primary transformer, feeder conductors, and Main Distribution Panel (MPD) • Rewiring of the premise with CAT6 wiring • Parking lot repairs, including milling and resurfacing of damaged asphalt and restriping of all parking lots • Demolition of the B802 Fire Barn and B727 Former Family Readiness buildings
