Pool of Vendors, Master Order to Provide FEMA-Qualified Instructors for US&R Courses & Exercises

Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service (TEEX‑ESTI) seeks to establish one or more “Master Orders” with a pool of qualified vendors that can supply FEMA‑qualified Urban Search & Rescue (US&R) instructors and any needed equipment/supplies for TEEX‑ESTI’s FEMA‑approved US&R courses and exercises. Each class or exercise will be quoted, scheduled, and documented with its own Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) specifying course name, location, dates, and total cost. The contract will initially run from September 1 2026 through August 31 2029, with two optional one‑year renewal periods, for a maximum term of five years. Vendors must be registered in the AggieBid system, provide a certificate of insurance meeting strict Texas requirements, and acknowledge the solicitation’s terms.
