The VA Phoenix Healthcare System is seeking market research responses for a fully automated, weight‑based inventory management system (brand name PAR Excellence or equal). The solution must include hardware (≈3,571 scales, controllers, storage accessories), HL7‑enabled software with an approved VA Authority to Operate, installation, training, and 24 × 7 × 365 support. The system must integrate with the VA Generic Inventory Package (GIP) in VistA, provide real‑time inventory visibility, unlimited user access, and generate extensive reporting and pick‑ticket functionality. The contract will be awarded after the RFI phase; installation must start within 70 days of award and be completed within 400 days. • Hardware: ~3,571 scales, 27 Ethernet controllers, storage bins, shelving, cabinets, mobile units. • Software: HL7 interface, VA‑approved ATO, unlimited users, Excel/text reports, PAR‑level analysis, pick‑ticket generation. • Services: Installation on VA‑provided server/laptop/desktop, staff training, 1‑year license with upgrades, 24 × 7 support (minimum four remote checks per day, 24‑hour response, 48‑hour repair).
