Description
Fulton County, Georgia is seeking a qualified and experienced firm to provide Standby Professional Services for Architectural and Engineering Services in support of the Department of Real Estate and Asset Management. The selected firm will provide various professional services on a tasking basis for a variety of projects, including engineering studies, consultative, advisory, investigative, and pre-design services. The scope of work includes civil, mechanical, electrical, architectural, geotechnical, and structural engineering, contract administration, prequalification, bidding, and construction inspection services.
Key aspects of the job include:
• Providing professional architectural and engineering services for various capital and non-capital projects
• Performing tasks on an "as needed" basis
• Collaborating with the County's Department of Real Estate and Asset Management
• Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Preparing engineering studies, modeling processes, and hydraulics
• Assisting with regulatory requirements, citizen participation involvement, pre-design, and pre-construction support
