Description
The City of Nicholasville is seeking a qualified construction manager to provide full‑service construction‑management support for the design‑build of a new fire station (approximately 9,675 sf) plus a three‑bay utility garage and associated site work. The scope includes pre‑construction activities such as cost estimating, constructability reviews, bid package preparation, permitting assistance, and financial analysis, as well as construction‑phase duties like on‑site supervision, safety oversight, schedule and cash‑flow reporting, change‑order management, and project close‑out. The award will be a Cost‑plus‑Fee agreement under AIA A133‑2019 with a Guaranteed Maximum Price, and the selected firm must provide performance and payment bonds equal to 100 % of its fee.
