The Lindenwold Board of Education is seeking a qualified construction‑management firm to serve as its agent for three summer‑2027 school renovation projects totaling roughly $20.1 million in construction spend. The CM will provide pre‑construction coordination, permitting assistance, schedule development, on‑site daily management, quality and safety oversight, change‑order administration, and post‑occupancy close‑out services under a modified AIA C132‑2019 contract. The scope includes window replacements, bathroom remodels, asbestos abatement, elevator replacement, roof replacement, interior upgrades, and creation of a new esports‑ready computer‑science room.
