Description
The Town of Raynham is seeking qualified contractors to provide on‑call carpentry and construction services across municipal facilities. The contract is non‑exclusive, may be awarded to up to three lowest‑responsive bidders, and requires rapid response times (3‑hour regular calls, 1‑hour emergencies). Work includes routine repairs, minor construction, and any other carpentry‑related tasks at town buildings, including repurposed school structures. Contractors must be Massachusetts‑licensed, have at least five years’ experience, and meet insurance, bonding, and prevailing‑wage requirements.
