Description
The Town of Raynham is seeking qualified contractors to provide on‑call plumbing repair, maintenance, and upgrade services for town and repurposed school facilities. Up to three separate contracts may be awarded, each for a one‑year term with optional two‑year renewals at the Town’s discretion. Bidders must meet licensing, experience, insurance, bonding, and prevailing‑wage requirements, and must be able to meet strict response‑time standards for emergency (1‑hour) and non‑emergency (3‑hour) calls.
• Scope includes fixture repairs, leak detection, pipe replacements, freeze‑up remediation, drain cleaning, and full system repairs across multiple municipal locations.
• Contractor must hold a valid Massachusetts plumbing license, have ≥5 years experience, provide three references, and maintain required insurance (minimum $1 M liability).
• Service response times: 1 hour for emergencies (on‑site within 3 hours) and 3 hours for non‑emergencies (on‑site within 24 hours).
