NOCS Beer Beverage Concession Operator

The City of Elgin is seeking a concessionaire to provide beer concession services for the Nightmare on Chicago Street (NOCS) festival, scheduled to take place on October 16-17, 2026. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing beer concession services at multiple locations within the festival area, including a possible VIP location. The vendor must be prepared to check IDs, provide BASSET certified staff, and offer a variety of beer options.
