The City of Huntsville, Texas, is seeking sealed bids for the design‑build construction, expansion, and improvement of the N.B. Davidson Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP). The scope includes demolition, civil works, mechanical and electrical systems, process equipment, and site utilities to upgrade capacity and reliability.
